Rebuilding the
connection
that matters most.
Relationships are where we grow, heal, and sometimes hurt the most. Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to deepen your bond, I offer a warm, structured space for couples and individuals to do the tender work of showing up for each other again.

If any of these feel familiar…
Relationship difficulties often build slowly. If even one of these resonates, this work could make a real difference.
You don't need to wait until things are "bad enough." Many couples benefit most from support before they reach crisis.
You and your partner have the same argument again and again, and neither of you feels heard.
There's a distance between you that wasn't there before, and you're not sure when it started.
Trust has been broken, through infidelity, secrecy, or something harder to name.
You love each other but you've lost the language for it, intimacy feels effortful or hollow.
A life transition (parenthood, relocation, career change) has put your relationship under strain.
You want to understand your own relationship patterns, why you choose who you choose, and why it keeps going wrong.
A careful, structured path together.
Whether you come alone or as a couple, the work follows a gentle arc, building understanding before building change.
Listening
Each partner (or each part of you) gets to be fully heard. I hold the space so both voices land safely.
Patterns
Together we map the dynamics: the triggers, the defences, the roles you've fallen into without noticing.
Communication
Learning new ways to say the hard things, and new ways to hear them, without shutting down or flaring up.
Repair
Addressing the wounds directly: betrayal, neglect, unspoken resentments. Repair is slow and real.
Reconnection
Building rituals of closeness, rediscovering shared pleasure, and recommitting to the relationship you both want.
Tools for the space between you.
Relationship work draws on specific modalities designed to make the invisible dynamics between people visible, and changeable.
Transactional Analysis
Understanding the roles you each play, Parent, Adult, Child, and how those roles create the patterns you're stuck in.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Identifying the beliefs and automatic thoughts that distort communication: "they don't care," "I'm always wrong," "nothing will change."
Solution-focused coaching
Rather than only excavating the past, we also build forward, small, concrete changes that shift the temperature of the relationship day by day.
Both voices matter. Always.
In couples work, I am nobody's advocate, I hold the relationship itself. Each partner will feel heard, challenged gently, and respected. If you come alone, we work with your patterns, your history, and your hopes.
What begins to shift.
Most couples and individuals notice meaningful changes within the first 6–8 sessions.
You start hearing each other
The defensive walls lower. Conversations that used to spiral start landing differently.
The distance closes
Small gestures return, not performatively, but because the warmth is real again.
Trust begins to rebuild
Not overnight. But the foundations appear, consistency, honesty, and willingness to stay.
You remember why
Why you chose each other. What you love. What the relationship is for, beyond habit and obligation.
We came in barely speaking. Six months later, we're having conversations we didn't think were possible. Dr. Swapna didn't take sides, she helped us both see what we couldn't see alone.A couple · Stockholm, 2024
