Who we are
ToshaLife is the practice of Dr. Swapna Vithalkar, a licensed therapist. This privacy policy covers data collected through the ToshaLife website and booking system. For assessment-specific data handling, see the Assessment Privacy Notice.

What data we collect
Booking (via Zoho Bookings)
When you book a consultation, Zoho collects your name, email address, and chosen appointment time. This data is processed by Zoho under their own privacy policy. We receive a copy of the booking confirmation.
Contact form
If you contact us directly, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on page, and approximate location (country level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. IP addresses are anonymised.
Why we collect it
We process your data to:
- Manage and confirm your appointment bookings
- Respond to your enquiries
- Improve the website based on aggregated usage data
The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (website operation and enquiry handling) and contract performance (booking fulfilment).
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use the following processors:
- Zoho Bookings — appointment scheduling
- Google Analytics — anonymised site analytics
- Vercel — website hosting (EU region available)
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil the service and for standard accounting purposes (typically 5–7 years). Contact enquiries are deleted after 12 months if no ongoing relationship results. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email toshalifecoach@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Request".
You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country. In Sweden: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) at www.imy.se.

We use essential cookies required for the website to function (session management) and analytics cookies via Google Analytics. You can disable analytics cookies by using your browser settings or a content blocker.
