Coming back
to the present,
one breath at a time.
Mindfulness is the simple, learnable skill of paying attention to this moment, kindly and without judgement. In our sessions, I guide you through practical techniques you can carry into your day, so a busy mind has somewhere quieter to rest.

If any of these feel familiar…
Mindfulness is for anyone who wants to feel more present in their own life. You don't need any experience, and you don't need to be able to sit still for long.
Many people come to mindfulness when life feels busy or scattered. There's no wrong time to begin.
Your mind races from one thought to the next, and it's hard to switch off at the end of the day.
You're always rushing ahead to what's next, and rarely feel present in what's happening now.
You react quickly in moments of pressure, and wish you had a little more space to respond.
You've tried meditation apps but can't make the practice stick on your own.
Your inner voice is harsh, and you'd like to learn to treat yourself with more kindness.
You want simple, practical tools to feel calmer and more focused in everyday life.
A gentle, guided practice.
Each 45-minute session combines a short conversation, a guided practice, and a simple exercise to take home. We build step by step, at your pace.
Arriving
We begin by understanding your day, your goals, and what you'd like more of: calm, focus, rest, or kindness towards yourself.
Breath & body
Foundational practices: breath awareness, body scans, and grounding, so you can steady yourself in a few minutes, anywhere.
Noticing thoughts
Learning to watch thoughts come and go without getting swept away, creating a little space between what happens and how you respond.
Self-compassion
Meeting difficult moments with warmth instead of criticism, a skill that changes how you speak to yourself.
Everyday practice
Weaving mindfulness into real life: mindful pauses at work, at home, in conversations, and before sleep.
Evidence-informed practice, warmly guided.
Mindfulness is one of the most researched wellbeing practices of the last forty years. I draw on established, structured approaches and tailor them to your life.
MBSR-informed practice
Drawing on the principles of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: body scans, mindful movement, and sitting practice in short, manageable doses.
DBT mindfulness skills
Practical "what" and "how" skills from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy: observing, describing, and participating fully, without judgement.
Self-compassion practice
Gentle exercises that build a kinder inner voice, so you can face challenges with steadiness instead of self-criticism.
There is no “perfect” way to be mindful.
A wandering mind isn't a failure, it's the practice. Noticing that you've drifted, and gently coming back, is exactly the skill we're building together.
What begins to shift.
Most people notice small but real changes within the first few weeks of regular practice.
More calm
You find it easier to pause, breathe, and settle when the day gets busy.
Sharper focus
Your attention stays where you put it a little longer, at work and with the people you love.
Better rest
Evening routines help your mind wind down, so rest comes more easily.
A kinder inner voice
You meet mistakes and hard moments with more patience, and less self-judgement.
A free, confidential first call.
